Who handles your data

The data controller is me, Fabio Staiano. For any question about your data, write to me at hello@fabiostaiano.it.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to Fuori Frame I only collect your email, with your consent, to send you the newsletter. I use Kit to send it: Kit processes the data on my behalf, also in the United States, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. I keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed: you can unsubscribe anytime from the link at the bottom of every email.

Browsing

This site uses no cookies and no analytics. Like every site, the hosting provider keeps some technical data in its server logs, including your IP address, for security and to keep the site running.

In your browser

The site saves two things only in your browser and never sends them anywhere: the language you chose and the trophies you unlocked. You can delete them by clearing the site’s data, and the trophies also with “Reset trophies”.

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to get a copy, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
